I have worked with clients from a range of cultural backgrounds, across a variety of settings, including the NHS, the Mind charity, and the Terrence Higgins Trust.

I have experience of working with people suffering from a range of difficulties including:​

- Low mood and depression

- Relationship difficulties

 -Anxiety and panic attacks

- Trauma and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD)

- Sexual, physical and emotional abuse

- Intrusive thoughts and sleep problems

- Low self-esteem or self-confidence

- Bereavement and loss

My modality is Relational Transactional Analysis Psychotherapy, which mainly focuses on the importance of affective, co-creative, conscious and unconscious relational interactions as a primary means of growth, change and transformation.

I adhere to the UK Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP) Code of Ethics and am a member of this organisation.

I am committed to my personal development as a practitioner: I attend regular clinical supervision to support my work.
